Thank you for your interest in the 2nd Annual Westchester’s Winter Wonderland. This fantastic event gives you access to over 30,000 participants at a prime shopping time of the year. Our marketing reaches hundreds of thousands of households. As a vendor in our Holiday Shopping Village, you will have the benefit of a targeted audience with the desire and money to shop. If you have ever wanted to have your own holiday store, this could be the opportunity you have waited for.

The Winter Wonderland is a reasonably-priced entertainment option for individuals and families! This year we have many new and exciting additions to the Festival. For just one low price per person - $15 – guests can experience: a lightshow, ice rink, food trucks and bar, and other attractions like the Santa Experience, ice sculpting, storytelling, caroling, winter hay rides, three fun amusement rides and a wonderland express. 

We are limiting the number of vendors to 40 within the Holiday Shopping Village. Spaces are pre-assigned based on receipt of contract on a first come, first serve basis. We will limit the number of crafters/gifts per specialty (i.e. jewelry, ornaments, etc.). Vendors are encouraged to reserve early. Note any special requests like electrical needs or additional tables. 

Your completed registration form and payment must be received by Friday, November 20. We will confirm receipt of payment via email, however, space assignments and instructions will be mailed in late-November.

Fee Structure

Festival Vendor (24 days) $2,500 ($3,000 value)  
Per Weekend (Fri. Sat. Sun) $375 ($335 for additional weekends added)

  • 50% due upon signing (nonrefundable) 
  • 50% due by November 27

  • Overnight security

All other supplies or equipment is the responsibility of the vendor.
Space assignment is at the discretion of Friends of Westchester County Parks (Friends).
